 HBOS Financial Services, Aylesbury A number of projects from management information systems to project databases utilising MS Office products to provide integrated solutions.

Covent Garden

 MS Access and Excel financial models and management information systems for blue chip clients. A typical project would involve the collection of data using Excel, then importing to Access for consolidation and analysis.

PZ Cussons, Cheshire and Jakarta MS Access 2000 and 2003. HR databases for each location, based on BL's Expats system and customised to suit each office's requirements.

Sabre Engines Ltd, Dorset MS Access 2000 system interfacing with SAP system. Sabres bills of material were programmatically restructured to produce engine parts list CD's for use by Sabre's agents

Oxford Cambridge and RSA Examinations, Coventry and Birmingham. MS Access based stock control system, including usage analysis and automatic re-order level setting. System interfaces with Excel for data import export.

Centrica plc, Manchester Custom database to log rejected applications for Centrica's One-Tel and Gensys systems. The system enabled help-desk staff to log calls and generate form letters to potential customers.

Swiftpack Ltd, Warwickshire Document management system in MS Access  97 / 2000. System produces consistent machine specifications and quotations, and includes Sales / Service visit logging and reporting. System interfaces with MS Outlook task manager. 

SFMS Ltd

 Schools Financial Management Systems Ltd, London Custom system used for calculating schools budget  including staff salaries, NI contributions, pension funding and schools income and capital expenditure.

Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council Housing Register database, which assigns customers to available properties based on individuals rating. System interfaces with Housing Associations' offices and outputs copy for local newspaper advertising and to SMBC's web page.

Q-One Biotech

 Q-One BioTech, Glasgow, now part of BioReliance, USA Custom document management system with MS Access front-end and MySQL back-end. System integrated with Adobe Acrobat for full document security.

Manesty, Liverpool

Three separate MS Access systems: 

Quotation and Sales Order system with sales prospect tracking and forecasting. HR system and conversion of DataEase service visit reporting.

Thos. Storey Group,  MS Access based factory management system based on BL's own software but customised to suit Thos Storey, Stockport and its subsidiary companies; Lloyds UK Ltd and Waltons Fabrications.
