  This can be the client's existing system or a purpose built database, such as that described in integrated solutions
   Report Templates
  These can be in MS Excel or MS word
   
   A Data Handler
  An MS Access database linked to all data sources, templates and output reports
   
   Output Reports
  MS Excel or Word templates populated by the Data Handler
